  Our treats are complementary and should be given in moderation alongside a normal complete diet. It’s great to get into the habit of regularly monitoring your pet’s weight. This will help you to make sure they stay within a healthy range and tweak their calorie intake if needed. As always, make sure fresh drinking water is always available for your pet to enjoy alongside their treats.

• IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

  We want to do our very best for the planet we share with our furry sidekicks. One way we can make a difference (and help you make a difference, too) is by keeping sustainability top of mind when it comes to the way we package our products. If there’s a way to make our packaging even greener, you can bet we’re on a mission to sniff it out.

  Though our treat pouches are not currently recyclable, we're doing our best to change that. Watch this space.

  Absolutely! With an Itch subscription, you’re in complete control. You can move your delivery date forwards or backwards to a day that suits you best. We also make it easy for you to pause your subscription or cancel altogether, should you so wish.   

• HOW DO I CHANGE DELIVERY DATE?

  Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll be able to access your account page on our website. With the click of a button, you can swap your delivery date for a more convenient time.
